It could be. I personally think Tesla is waiting on the 4680 batteries for the semi to lose weight. That cell vs 2170s could be worth a thousand pounds or so. Tesla has reportedly had problems ramping up production of their 4680 batteries. Other manufacturers should be taking note though. The fuel savings of ~60k/year is nothing to scoff at.
