Sep 10, 2021 · I just switched from Verizon to Xfinity Mobile. I brought my phone number over and purchased a Samsung Galaxy S21 to use with the account. I started the activation process on Saturday 9/4 and have had multiple issues arise since. Here's where I'm at now:
