They then find personal identifiers in the software. So any time that software is active at the same time as the spark client they can see it. Last time I looked spark ninja is no longer accepting new accounts. They can't tell us the reason for deactivation due to possible liabilities. They don't want some nut job delivery driver to go take revenge on the customer/store associate that was the primary reason they were deactivated.
