This pose was tricky though, the hips and shoulders especially. shoulders, elbows and fingers in anamnesis are usually very annoying because making them look smooth is painful, but you did pretty good on this pose. dice might have an overwelming urge to do anything he can do to distance himself, skill-wise, from other healers so that he appears better and the only way to prevent this kind of behaviour from harming others to have someone in a position of authority (i.e. raid leader, GM, admin) to be able to notice and remove them.
