I thought for sure I would pass in 75. My heart dropped when I went onto 76, then 80, then 90.. all the way to 145! Ended up passing after 145 questions! As for the exam, mine was 145 questions I probably had 25-30 select all that apply, a lot of prioritization questions, 2 ECG strips, and 2 math questions. There were 2-3 questions that were about an emergency situation such as an earthquake. There was one burn question asking about the percentage, and one question with a picture.The second time, I used what was left of my uworld subscription to redo some questions, and I purchased Princeton review. I finished half of the quizzes on each of the 8 client need subjects on Princeton Review with 60-80% on all quizzes. I also used the ATI books (my school utilized ATI). The CAT's just mimic the NCLEX test conditions. For example, I just took the CAT 2 and it shut off at 75 q's with a green overall, just like my CAT 1. The difference is that my raw score was like 61% for CAT 1, and 45% for CAT 2. Now, maybe I got enough questions right in CAT 2 to keep me above minimum passing. But, that just doesn't seem right.

From my research if you failed at 145 you need to brush up on content. I was also told by Kaplan that either I got the last question wrong, or I got the last question correct, but it wasn't above the passing line (Questions range in difficulty), so in this case the question would have been below passing level. I had the same results as you.
