Under voicemail settings, I have show notifications on, set no sound or vibration, and show notification dot on. I am not running visual voicemail. This may be an old thread, but I’m having the same problem with my Revvl 6 5G. I get no icon or notification that a voicemail has been left. Basically, if someone leaves a voicemail, I don't get any indication that there's a VM waiting for me. Total Wireless doesn't use Visual Voicemail, the S8 doesn't have a dedicated app for VM.
