Fighting Lion does usually around 135 damage on a direct hit, two different numbers of 66 and 69 (since the buff). For whatever reason however when you land a direct hit Fighting Lion, in fact every grenade launcher can do this, will only do 69 damage. This is one of the points of the video where it happens.
