I set my loot to backpacks and got it about 10-12 floors into the summit.

Anderson manhunt is by far the most efficient exotic farm right now. Summit specifically has pathetic drop rates even on Legendary with 5 directives (what I play). Anderson is a guaranteed exotic every 10-15 minutes. Even better if you play with friends and you share loot.
