Went through 3 plows and 3 winches with my 05 and traded it in for my 2014 with power steering. I ride an LTZ 400 great quad but need more comfort. Wife rides a Polaris sportsman 500, it's ok.

Meaning if their worn or go bad/break. The correct fix is to replace each axle. I had mine done several years ago. Believe it cost me around $600CAD for two new rear axles. I have adjusted the carb about a million times and it still won't run right. It floods out easily and won't idle for more than a minute without the choke. Any suggestions would really help.

Use impact wrench and remove the nut on front pully. remove the roller basket and hold it together so not to let the rollers fall to the ground. There is a sleeve and a washer/ring. Remove the washer ring. Put it back together.

There should be 3 bolts holding a rear gear case cover on, remove those first to access the lower part of the diff. After exposing the entire diff, place an oil pan under the rear diff and begin to remove the bolts in this sequence.The air diaphragm is often really tough to not twist (even a little will effect it) when putting the cover back on. This is important as the valve will open quicker if it is twisted. 2. The spring does wear out. I opened my clutch basket, and a little piece of a gear fell out. OK so I have a 2002 Suzuki eiger 400 that clicks but won’t start. it has a new battery, new neutral switch relay, new starter solenoid, new starter motor, and all fuses are good.
