UPDATE: Called T-Mobile 11/8, support rep confirmed CellSpot was not on my account. Got another call later on that day another T-Mobile rep calling to say it wasn't provisioned correctly and to take it back to the store. I took it to the store last night, the rep there said they've been having lots of issues.
Have T-Mobile an, iPhone 5s, and a T-Mobile CellSpot router. I recently switched my home ISP from AT&T to Comcast. Previously, on AT&T, the WiFi calling was working just dandy.
