Well, it seems Kineticist class is simply ignored by devs. I tried the other subclass (overwhelming soul) and its core ability that allows to reduce the burn cost of things other than blasts is simply not working at all (just like that - does nothing when used). Considering ridiculous enemy AC in late game, physical blasts are not viable for late game imho, since kineticist has only 1 attack per round and low attack bonus gain.
