I am dual wielding them of course, and Elenora's Poleblade says it does bleed build up, yet it never really happens from what I see. Elenora's does fire and physical with added bleed build up, but the bleed build up is half as much as the Godskin Peeler. That is why you see it less, you burn your enemies to death before they bleed out.

The only thing it seems like it's very bad because when I had a Meteroic Ore Blade at +7 that had more attack damage.
