I really recommend the pepper decks for pharm and micro. It doesn't cover all the bugs and drugs but what it does cover you won't miss a question. I wish I had started Zanki with 2nd year, I'm 3 weeks out from step 1 and just using it to fill in some weak areas. Ok those are both decks that i've been using too.

Janki (7k-ish) for uw. hoopla or habibi's if u use first aid. Anking in 6 month is too much of stress if u can handle it then go for it. Pepper for sketchy if u don't use anking. Best cards are the cards that u make. Physeo for biochem, pixorize for vitamins and dirty medicine for dyslipidemias.
