Pure Arc wouldn't do anything for HoM whereas pure Dex does help Eleonora's at least some. Splitting between them would be the worst of both worlds. If you're planning to go to like over RL250, then in that case yeah just raise both to 80.

Rivers of blood is my main just because of the damage. Pole blade for speed. Both have nice AoE. Rivers for pure DPS on bosses. Pole blade for staggering mobs.
