Yes. Well sorta it comes with some caveats. Some PS3 Games do not support 3rd party gamepads (so they don't work with PS4 controllers), some games require analog face buttons (which the PS4 controller lacks), the rumble does not work, the motion control does not work, the PS button does not work and the touch pad either (the share button becomes select).
