No wind resistance changes the dyno speed. People drive 100+ in Germany all the time and there isn't death everywhere. Personal top speed (in the middle of nowhere) is well over 160. I can tell you it takes time in the SRT to get up there and it slowly starts pulling less and less above145. Not sure how realistic the 175 'drag limited' rating is.
