It does fall under nonbinary, which falls under trans. But you don't have to use umbrella labels or technicalities. Some nonbinary people don't consider themselves trans, and some xenogender people don't consider themeselves nonbinary. So a xenogender person could definitely consider themself cis if that's the best explanation of their experiences!
