Nice ending to a good week. Closed my SPX diagonal spread (3/10 3960p and 3/31 3990p) for a net credit of $68. Net on this strategy for the week was about $2k, risking $7.1k on the long put premium.These numbers only work out when you have a high enough win rate. Do an expectancy calculation to make sure this works: expectancy (avg return per trade) = (avg win) x (win rate) - (avg loss) x (loss rate) Also, do not use stop limit orders on spreads.
