Can't switch to missile mode even though they're equipped. The power on the missile item can't seem to be turned off in the MFD so definitely a bug.L5 doesn't have a refinery. You need to visit an L1 station with a refinery deck. This is a known bug, sometimes relogging helps. I just bounce back and forth between ore sales kiosks and eventually it shows up in the dropdown.
