In my opinion, Izanagi-no-Okami (InO) is more of a trophy than a useful Persona. Its stats are good, but its skills and affinities (resists everything except Light, Darkness and Almighty; no immunities in sight) not so much. The fact that it can't learn any unique skill really diminishes its overall utility. Any build it has can be done better ...

Sometimes they get a decent passive skill if levelled up a bit, which you can pass on by fusing, but beyond that there's no reason to keep a persona when a better one becomes an option.
