Woodways are designed for heavy duty commercial use in like Crossfit gyms were you've got heavier folks belting out all out sprints and you have tons of people using them. If the tread is running at 10A plus it makes sense for them to say that you need a dedicated circuit. However, if you have a couple outlets on a circuit and nothing else is plugged in or on you would be fine. Mine does not look like it occurs at the time the seam goes over the rollers but who knows. The faster the treadmill speed the louder the noise gets.
