Then it has to pass a DEF fluid quality test. If you can keep driving it, the ECM will run the tests and either clear the message or turn the light back on. The truck still is throwing a P0402 code. The guy at Strictly Diesel in Arizona is telling the dealer that I am buying it from that this has happened only 3 times before.

P0340 is Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit. It will not set the same code for camshaft sensor error, that has its own set of codes for crankshaft errors.
