I have done hundreds of legend lost sectors over the past month or two and my exotic drop rate has been great (I'm getting an exotic about every 3 runs) I was able to get the older exotics like dawn chorus, necrotic grip, etc. all pretty easily; however, for some reason I cannot get battle harmony and nothing manacles to drop.

Over several weeks i grinded Legendary Lost Sectors (over 50 clears all “platinum rewards”) and only received about 3 exotics to drop.
