i got my skyscale from the new expansion and i didnt read the pop up that appears after fully unlocking the skyscale, i only saw a glimpse and somewhere it said living world season 4. but i checked my masteries in PoF but there was no skyscale mastery. i also did beat living world season 4 so idk.
