It does 95% of the damage of the Enclave version and you don't have to wage time hunting for mods or trading good stuff to get one. Seriously, this is one of the dumbest fucking meta things to pop up in this game in ages. The Slugbuster is free and will fucking wreck shit when properly modded. 2.It's just an extremely powerful flamer that triggers off rifleman perks. Plasmas have a 50/50 energy and ballistic dam, so there's few to no enemies that resist them. They hold 300 rounds (400 on quad), so reloading mid combat is rare. So all in all they're pretty versatile and among the highest dps weapons in the game.All of the Enclave mods are sold at the Watoga vendors, but there are different versions of the flamer mod that might appear.
