A common issue that anyone playing DMZ would know about, yet the devs don't even have it up on the Trello board. I don't normally swap insured weapons that often, but it was annoying doing all the missions that required kills with a certain weapon. Having to re-tune the gun each time I changed it is just wasted time you never get back.

Open your menu and stow the gun you have and then re-equip the gun. (This should move it to your second slot) Find a gun on the ground and stow it. IMPORTANT: (Do not pick up the gun, you need to stow it) When you open your menu and check in your backpack the gun that didn’t load in should now be there.
