Level 20 is really low but it might teach you how to better tame higher levels. to learn how to do it yes its worth taming. wont be the best tame but will be a decent help in defense around your base or going out to farm resources for protection but i wouldnt fight anything too strong like a high level alpha rex or a giga. Eh, not really.
