there are 2 ways that i used to act like a pause button. First one is, save the game. Walk away, take a break etc. When you come back, load up the game again. There was no offline activity during troll challenge so when you load up the game, you'll be right back where you were when you saved it.

This allows to transform any boost into a different type at the cost of reducing the boost by one tier (e.g. 5->2, 200->100, 1k->500) by clicking on the boost while holding the Q / W / E key. You could also just leave both and come back and see the progress, happy, continue whichever save file you prefer. Well i just unlocked Sadistic Difficulty. After finally for the first time killing Exile V4 while doing a 56 day long rebirth to work on hacks and some of the remaining wishes to max out.
