Microsoft rewards mobile search not working.
Every time I search on mobile I get points in the mobile app but the points won't show on my PC (webpage for Microsoft/Bing Rewards). This is really annoying me because I am losing an opportunity to earn points to get closer to my goal. Someone please help me. I am logged into the same account on both devices. Nov 20, 2023 · It seems like Microsoft is way scaling back he potential rewards points. Over the last few months: 1) No more 100 point weekly xbox treasures. 2) Xbox monthly quest went from 2500 to 1000 points. 3) Xbox achievements went from 50 to 5 points. 4) No more edge bonus use of 20 points.
I've now noticed that even the mobile edition of the browser is also not earning points. The thing is, this was all working just fine before. If I use Chrome/Edge on my PC or phone, it's fine. Same with Chrome on iPad, the Bing search points also register there, too. So, I figured out that each time I use the browser, I have to sign in to Bing.Log out from your account. 2. Uninstall the Bing app. If you are on an Android phone, clear the cache and data before uninstalling Bing. 3. Restart your phone. 4. Reinstall Bing > Open Bing. Mobile Search not working. Only recently I have not been able to gain credit for any mobile searches. I have tried uninstalling the Bing app, re installing and searching. Doesn’t work. If you go on edge and in the settings on mobile choose "view desktop site" while on bing this counts as "PC searches" and if you change it back to "view mobile site" this will count for mobile searchs.
