Play Legend version it's super easy and you get them fairly easy I'd say like 3 out 10 runs, but forget about trying to get one in normal mode. I played A LOT of DoE when it came out on normal mode got it once out of around 78+ Runs and my team just screwed it up. So just to be safe LFG for a team for Legend Difficulty it's a breeze.

Legend dares won't be too difficult to find groups for. Because of the fixed enemy rotation every week, it's really quick to run since you can reliably have starhorse's favor for the second round and the boss. I've been farming legend with LFG groups instead of jumping into normal mode with matchmaking.
