First of all, i think JD sold me the wrong replacement part but then how in the world do I pull apart that dash, including how to pull off the steering wheel.I also have a 2009 3038E with about 220 hrs. It starts well down to about 5 F without the block heater. I have the machine in a portable garage (12x30). I use 0x40 JD synthetic oil. I have used the tractor at -5 F starting very easily with the block heater plugged in for about 3 hours.
