Just went this past week to Carowinds for the first time. I loved Intimidator, I did 2 rides. It ended up being my 3rd fav ride in the park over Afterburn, but both are really great. I've now been on 3 B&M hypers: Intimidator, Apollo's (also rode for the first time this past week), and Nitro (home park).Rumors are circulating that intimidator has a crack in the track and has been down for several days now. B&M allegedly onsite fixing it. This sort of thing actually happened with Silver Bullet, and is the reason why it has a weird spiderweb like support connector on its cobra roll.Basically that is it. You just use the word "Hook" as a way of controlling it. You breathe in and when approaching High G forces you start to exhale ( the "HOO" ) part. You catch the "K" in your throat blocking the exhale. You can keep repeating this process during the manuever. Then don't go . I think most people will say Carowinds has 3 good to amazing coasters in Intimidator, Afterburn, and Fury 325. The coaster quality falls dramatically after those 3. That said Fury 325 is regarded as one of the best in the world and worth the price of admission by itself if you're a coaster enthusiast.
