I tried rebooting the HT2000W modem, however, no system light is on. All other lights appear to be flashing randomly, just no system light at all. I've tried setting the dns to Google's, and setting it to get from ISP. Nothing works. At least nothing beyond the router works. I've power cycled, and rebooted in the router setup.
