I assume the OP means when you're in first person view and the Y-axis is inverted. As far as I know, there's no way of changing it. I'm wondering the same thing. I used to play this years back on PS2, and thought I'd take a trip down memory lane when this became available on PSN as a PS2 classic for the PS3.
