Honda crv squeaking noise when driving.

I am having an issue with the CRV seat squeaking and becoming very annoying when driving. You can hear it even with the radio is on at a medium volume level. Every little bump or turn and you would hear it. I took it to the service center and they say the driver seat frame is bad and need to replace it for the squeaking to go away.I recently bought a used 2014 Honda CR-V. I noticed in my garage today, that there is a strange rattling noise right when I put the car in reverse or drive gear. It is much more pronounced when the car has the AC turned on.
