The new format of the NCMHCE includes 11 case studies, 10 of which are scored. Each case study is a clinical narrative (representing commonly encountered presenting concerns) of 13 multiple-choice questions with 4 options and only 1 correct answer (3 of these 13 questions are unscored), which differs from the previous version.

Hello, I'm using mometrix to help me study for the NCMHCE and I've started to take the practice exams and have been getting about 80 of the 143 questions on the exam correct. I'm kinda freaking out because per the exam percentage I'm almost getting a 60%, which I think is the passing score.
