Bow is the strongest weapon in the game right now. Hard to say really, though my money is on LBG. HBG has a small damage increase over LBG but the difference is much smaller than in World and thus the general consensus is that HBG's modest damage increase over LBG is not worth sacrificing the mobility of LBG.
It does, but it is the least effective way to up your damage output. You usually specialize for a single ammo type since most LBGs are only good for like 2 to 3 ammo types and focus on the one you want to use primarly and maximize the skills good for that ammo type. Sticky Ammo is highly affected by Artillery, Pierce, Normal, Spread and ... Spacing is good skill to work as a gunner not every move needs to be rolled some can be dodged by strafing, it also boosts your damage when a monster is downed wich is important. You can always replace it for more comfort skills but few skills give the same amout on afinity whit that little of an investment. Getting 30% afinity (MM) + 50% (WEX ... Attack 3 + Quick Sheathe 2 with a lv. 1 slot. Spareshot 2 with QS1. Slots are 3-1. Pretty nice for lbg builds. For LBG, Recoil Down 2, Evade Extender 2, with one level 2 slot and two level 1 slots. WEX2 2-1-0, AB2 2-1-0, Slugger3 2-2-0. Good enough for me. Useful for LS but only that. I also have attack boost 2 2-0-0.Same with some other Non-Meta weapons that never got their time to shine !
