After uninstall the app and remove the physical SIM, I had to reset all network then delete the Google Fi from Celullar Data (If you can't see the delete button, insert your physical SIM, delete Google fi, then remove the sim again) Go to Celullar Data, add new plan and scan the QR code from the Google fi app in your old phone.
