Both utilize the same “compact length” (G19) slide. I was having similar issues with the Shield Arms Mags. Had two Gen 2 then bought a Gen 3; same issue. I replaced the recoil spring with a tungsten, light spring from Glock Store and so far, no issues after 100 rounds. I’ll follow up after my second trip to the range.
