When I first read your post I thought you were referring to a foregrip that angled off to the left (or right if you're are left handed) of the shooting axis. I think a more natural grip position would be at a 45 deg angle (7:30 on a clock when viewed from the butt end of the rifle.) I haven't searched much for that type of grip.
