TLDR; Arcane is useless above 50 in terms of scaling Blood Loss Buildup, dual wielding Scythes with one being Frost/Bleed and the other Bleed/Bleed is OP. I am new to elden ring. Currently running dual scimitars with blood slash on both. this changed them at +8 from Dex C + Str D to Dex C + Arc D + Str D. Got Dex 30, Str 14 and Arcane 11.
