The 295/60/20 Nitto Ridge Grappler Tire come out to a 33.94 inch tire. So pretty much a 34 is close enough. Tires are 11.5 inches wide.
If it's on-road performance, the 20's would almost certainly be lighter weight than the 22's - that'd be my personal main consideration. For looks, though, I like the larger wheels for sure. IMO 35" tires w/ a 4inch lift is the best combo. 33" tires look almost to small to me on just a level like others have eluded. But regardless of what others think, its your truck so put on the setup that you like and can afford. the 305/55 trail grapplers are 33.4 tall and 12.6 wide.
