I did end up replacing one of the small rubber fuel hoses during install and used the same procedures i as would changing a fuel filter.

Truck will intermittently not start when temp is below 35 degrees. The only code is p0090. I clear the code and it starts up immediately.1. when was the last time you changed the fuel filter. The filter needs to be changed every 8000-10000 miles. 2. Your FPRV (fuel pressure relief valve) may need to be shimmed, but not many LMM need this. 3. You may need to look at getting a lift pump. I would start with the fuel filter and go from there. KYLE.
