Atmosphere latest sigpatches.
Sigpatches are backwards compatible with atmosphere but if you update atmosphere you will have to update patches as well. FW is backwards compatible as well. Fusee-primary will load patches by default, so it might be easier for you. A better question would be what payload do you use to boot Atmosphere.
There're a lot of different sources all claiming to have the best sigpatches or the ones for 12.1.0, but Tinwoo, Tinfoil and Goldleaf refuse to install the ones Tinwoo had previously installed. I was having the same exact situation several hours ago after updated fw to 13.20 from 13.10 and installed atmosphere with latest sigpatches. The reason I ask is that I made a huge mistake in downloading older patches (from a gbatemps thread) for these folders and accidentally replacing a bunch of my existing patch files as I mistakenly thought they were the most recent patches. I then installed the correct sigpatches for 15.0.0.0 after I realized the other patches were outdated.First off, update to Atmosphere 1.4.0, same for the signature patches I just added to the OP. - do you have the latest sigpatches in the right folder? - do your folders have the right flags (use the option in Hekate to fix all the archive flags if needed). Especially with OSX, the flags can get messed up.

GBATemp provides KIP patches, but not Joonie86, where FS patches are the same. But Tinfoil provide KIP patches without FS patches... Delete your atmosphere folder.
