I have each one, and can offer the following list of differences: Macro module weighs 72g/2.35 oz, a WC Module with the weight kit weighs 93g/3.03 oz (48g/1.56 oz without the weights) Macro module has a Pic rail. Macro module mag release is longer with a ribbed surface. Both have rudimentary molded-in Mag wells.

In my opinion the P320 X-Compact is the perfect size for carry and shootability. But when I need real concealment the P365X gets the nod. But still working on the P365 X-Macro Tac-Ops. The slide catch is engaged by the follower in the empty magazine. If there is no magazine in the gun, there shouldn't be anything pushing up on the slide catch. The slide catches are stiff when new.
