Find the exit into the Wetlands. Find Oak, kill him. Grab the amulet. Find the tree roots next to Waypoint, click on it, enter the Vaal Ruins. Break the seal when you encounter it.It's a really effective combo in the campaign. For tougher enemies, throw down your flame wall and throw the magma orbs through it. This gives them a damage buff. I assume you should stack flat fire damage to spells in the campaign, then gem levels in the endgame.
