Making a skill Legendary in Skyrim is a simple process once the player has reached Level 100 in a skill. In the Skills screen, an option to make the skill Legendary will appear. Once this option is selected, the skill in question will be reset to its base level, and any perk points spent within the skill tree will be instantly refunded.
