The Check Engine light is on. The system is designed to disable a bunch of other systems when that happens, which causes all those other warnings. It gets your attention! It also pretty much forces you to address the problem which is causing the CE light. The system is supposed to set some codes when it turns the CE light on.

Once the RAB is triggered or disabled, it will stay disabled on the screen. If the system was triggered normally (brakes kicked in) then when you put it in drive, the system should reset. If is disabled in drive, it means the RAB has malfunctioned. Turning the ignition off/on will clear that and it should work then.
