The first one is centrally located, and the second one can be found on the southern outskirts of the town. Both are represented by green icons on the game map, symbolizing commercial buildings. Gas does not respawn, but if you are running low on it, place a generator at a gas station and turn it on when you need to fuel up. It is a big difference from siphoning out of random wrecks.
