Finally did fluids change. Both differentials, transmission, and transfer case. I remember reading a thread about capacities. My question is about transfer case. Jeep is 2003 Sport with Dana 44 and 5 speed. I remember reading that TC takes 2.1qt of ATF. Mine took less than 2. What gives?

Just to clarify, you have the NP231 transfer case, which takes any old ATF+4. Your transmission is the NV3550, for which Redline MTL is most recommended. I would not use that Pennzoil synchromesh. As far as I know, Jeep used power steering fluid until 2002 before it switched to ATF+4, so I would use the former unless you completely …
